Fic: Sanctuary (7,8/11?)

Rating: PG-13 for (off-screen, and not main character) character death, my warped imagination.
Characters/pairing: USUK, very slight side AustriaxHungary and GerIta; other ensemble Hetalia characters.
Summary: In the midst of a galactic war, an impossible discovery is made. Non-human life is detected on a planet in orbit around a black hole. To get a piece of the glory, the wealthiest systems send their best and brightest, but what they find waiting for them is not what anyone could have expected.
Notes: Lots and lots of Doctor Who references?
