This is serves as the archive post for all [livejournal.com profile] usxuk 2011 Secret Santa fills.

I'm doing this because it's easy to miss your gift being posted. There are a lot of posts, and it's a busy time of year when many of you may not often be online. Plus, some participants do not have this community friended. If you don't have time to look through the index, you can F3 and search for your username to see if your gift has been posted.

Please make sure to let your Santa know that their gift is appreciated!

We also thought it would be fun to have a continually updated index to make it easier for all members to peruse the gifts. We welcome and encourage commenting to as many gifts as you can!

This post will be linked in both the sidebar and the userinfo for easy access.

Thank you everyone! And spread the holiday cheer :)
In the past several months we've had a lot of people post looking for something specific- whether it's a fanfiction, fanart, a doujinshi, a video, etc. I usually send these members over to [livejournal.com profile] aph_request, but from now on I'll be asking you you to post what you're looking for HERE! Of course you can still post at [livejournal.com profile] aph_request as well if you wish.

So basically? If there's a fanfic you're itching to reread, but you can't find the link (or can't even remember the title!), or if there is a doujinshi you missed downloading, or even if there's a moment in canon and you just don't recall what strip it's in, reply here! You can also ask for something if you're just wondering if it exists period (i.e. 'I'm wondering if there are any USxUK fics that involve the Spanish-American war. If anyone has any, could I have a link?'). Basically? Anything.

Please put something in the subject line denoting what you're looking for.

Here's an example:

Subject Line: Looking for an AU fanfic.
I can't remember the title or the author. I just know that in the story America was a moviestar, and England was a struggling indie actor. It was a sweet romance, and I remember it had Spain and South Italy as a side pairing. Does anyone know what fic this is/have a link? Thanks!

If you think you might be particularly adept at locating one or many of these things (aka you're very familiar with fanartists or fics, or you're quite familiar with doujinshi), please do put this post on track! Either way, you may want to check it every few days, because there just might be a question you can answer. This post will be linked in the userinfo.

I made an .. let's call it index or archive .. with all the works done for the first week of the Summer Camp Event and the links to them. They are divided by theme except Doujinshis and FSTs

And .. more I can't really say. Oh, for the non-members .. some of these posts are members-locked so you can't access those.

What else? Well, Mods I don't know what tags to use so before you tell me otherwise I will just tag it with the "Summer Camp Event" and "Linking"- one. Now I'll have to back to finishing my entry for the rain theme that i have neglected all day to finish the index ...

Hello everyone! This is going to be the archive post for the 2011 Spring Fever Fanworkathon.

You all have already completed almost twenty fanworks, which is awesome, considering that the event pretty much just started. Hopefully there will be loads more! This post will neatly links every fanwork posted for the fic/art-athon. It is separated by what kind of fanwork it is. If anything is incorrect, please let me know!

I will continually update this post as the event goes on, probably about once a week. Please keep checking back!

Starting off on getting our amazing Sweethearts Week fanfics and fanart into an archive. I'll be doing this in posts by the day's theme since we had SO many amazing contributions to the event. If you haven't had the chance to check out and comment to these lovely fanworks before now, here's your chance!

February 8th: Sealed with a Kiss
Fic or art must feature a kiss (between America and England) somewhere in it (anywhere on the body is fine; a kiss on the lips, a peck on the cheek, a kiss to the hand, etc). We wanted to start out with something simple for you all.

February 8th: Sealed with a Kiss )
Stuck inside trying to hide from the cold (or for our southern hemisphere friends, the heat) and need something TOTALLY AWESOME to do?

Well, there's 164 (yes, you read that right!)

One Hundred and Sixty Four amazing fanworks that were written or drawn this last winter for the 2nd USxUK Secret Santa project.

And they're all archived in that post for your viewing pleasure.

Now that everything is linked in one easy place, there's no better time to peruse all the wonderful fanworks that have been posted. All writers and artists appreciate comments, so drop one if you particularly like a fill! Also, if you have not commented on your gift, please do. Thank you. If you don't have time to search through the list for your gift, just use f3 and search for your username.

So curl up in some warm blankets (or grab a portable fan!) and take a look at all the hard work you awesome members have done!

Who says all the holiday cheer has to end in December?

Thank you everyone! And spread the holiday cheer :)
Here's the full archive of all seven days of Sweethearts Week. Please enjoy all the fanworks, if you haven't already! :)

February 8th: Save the Date
Fic or art featured a date as a theme. This could be an actual romantic date, an anniversary of any kind (be it a historical event, a romantic anniversary, etc), a wedding, birthday, etc.

February 9th: Fish and Chips
Fic or art featured British culture, history, locale, etc. as a theme. Anything was fine, whether it was sightseeing around the British Isles, exploring cultural nuances or a piece heavy on British history.

February 10th: Young Love
Fic or art featuring young America or England. Obviously, pieces with little America and England are a natural choice here, but if you can think of something with young!England that features America (whether it be magical, age regression, time travel, AU, whatever), or with both of them young, that's just as welcome!

February 11th: Out of this World
Fic or art was to be alternate universe, alternate reality, or crossover. Gakuen, despite being a canon AU, did qualify for this theme. Alternate reality refers to exploring a deviation from canon. In Hetalia, this may also be called alternate history. Crossovers are pretty self-explanatory; it just needs to feature characters or settings from another canon.

February 12th: Burger and Fries
Fic and art featured elements of American culture, history, locale, etc. as a theme. Anything was fine, whether it was sightseeing around the United States, exploring cultural nuances, or a piece heavy on American history.

February 13th: To Be Continued
Fic or art that continues on from where canon left off. This can be a continuation of a strip, drama track, anime episode, etc. You can even do something inspired by an official image. This is the 'what you didn't see' prompt. To note, the piece does not have to pick up directly where the scene left off, but what it does need to do is serve as a continuation of some sort. Let us know what you think happened after canon ends!

February 14th: Valentine's Day
Fic or art just needed to be about Valentine's Day. It did not need to take place on the holiday, but Valentine's Day should at least be an element of the story.
So sorry for the delay on this. Here's 7th and final archive post for Sweethearts Week. I'll be making another post in a bit linking to all the 7 days together.
