Summary:  When Arthur was 19, he bought a toddler shaped laptop which he named Alfred. Six years later, Alfred breaks down. Rather than lose his little boy, he has Al's data and AI transferred into an adult unit. Al's new body strains their relationship.

One of my favourite fics ever, and I have read hundreds.
In between updates I would always try and imagine what might happen next bit you always exceeded my expectations.
That epilogue was one of the most perfect, satisfying and lovely endings I've ever read - published works included.
