Notes: I'm cutting it close to the deadline again haha, sorry for that! Aksdfjl I would've wanted to do so much more for this prompt, like a short comic or something, but after I had drawn this and tried to make a kind of introduction comic for the pic (telling the story behind it) I just couldn't come up with anything OTL. And, uh, time kind of caught up BUT ANYWAY, aaaaah this was a great prompt because even before it I've thought of drawing a "songart" for this particular song because it just... it really reminds me of America and England too :D. So, choosing the song from the three prompts wasn't hard but GOSH, it took me ages to finally decide what to draw because the song has so many delicious parts I'd have loved to draw. I decided to go with a pic, in which I tried to include the whole story of the song. Haha I don't know if I succeeded though. STILL, I hope you enjoy it anya_urameshi, and Merry (a bit late) Christmas and a Happy New Year!! I hope everyone else will enjoy it too!


What lead to this scene - America and England had been fighting, again, stomping away at some point during the fight, and both saying things they didn't really mean, or at least started to regret after calming down and being able to think rationally again. Both are alone and think about the fight and realise how much they actually miss each other already and how "I found out I'm nothing without you". But they're both too stubborn and proud to simply call the other and apologize, so they come up with some other way to show they're sorry - America buys a huge bouquet of roses and heads back to England's house, while England starts baking biscuits for America.

Then the doorbell rings.

(There were honestly so many lines in the song I could have chosen to put into the pic, but that particular line, the name of the song, it just.. really told everything.)

Aaah I'm so glad you think the expressions help telling the story! I personally love it how expressions are able to, well, express so much and I think capturing the right expression is so so so important in a pic so-- when you say I managed to capture so much in their expressions, it means the whole world to me ♥ thank you.
