Doujin Help?/ Edit: Found!

So I saw this USUK doujin in a youtube video and I cannot for the life of me find it again. It was an RPG setting,except the characters were actually playing a game. The rating was not that high if I remember right- no porn or nudity or anything, it was just like pg-13. The video had the English scanlated version and everything.

It shows America and England meeting up, fighting monsters and all that, but then they go to a fountain to bathe and England takes off his cloak for the first time and discovers that Japan, who set the game up for him, made his avatar female so he's all like "Oh look America, I have boobs," and America's like "O_O". Then America kisses him, and they enter Marriage Mode. Then they randomly have the most ADORABLE BABY EVER and America basically admits to using their kid to level up.

It was such an adorable doujin and I cannot find it! Maybe someone here knows the name? I can provide as many details as I remember if it helps! Thank you! EDIT: Ok, so apparently the doujin is APH Online RPG by Omega 2-D and the reason I couldn't find it was because the person who put it on youtube violated the redistribution rules of the scanlation group sugarparade. OTL I recommend the doujin to anyone who hasn't read it, though! Thanks hyper_euphoria!

I believe the doujin is called "Online RPG" by Omega 2-D. sugarparade should have a scanlation up. :)
