Just a small experiment with Ren'Py.

So I saw Ren'Py and I got curious, so basically this is my first time coding anything (noob alert) It's a really simple game with no customization.
And I decided to not use music since I got trouble finding one suitable for atmosphere.

There's a story to this, and this is like the first chapter of it. But of course, I won't do it, it's fun and all but time-consuming (and I suck at coding anything more complicated than this) One-man team FTW

Sorry if it makes no sense at all.... I've been sitting at the computer testing this game for so long I'm getting a headache.

1. Download the file by clicking one of the links above.
2. Extract the contents to a folder.
3. Double-click dummy_project.exe

It's really short, only about 5-10 minutes gameplay. There shouldn't be any bug.... I hope.

Something irrelevant apparently I've been reading too much horror.

Edit: I forgot to mention this before.... But Alfie's one of the popular dog's name in UK, or so I've heard. It's should be obvious why I chose it. :P

I don't know which tags to use so I just put it under fanart, if there's anything wrong please tell me and I'll fix it. :)

I should have make the bad ending better, since everyone likes it so much XD And it's the first time someone likes the names (I have no sense of naming, haha)

For some bizarre reason, Alfred's sprites are easier to draw than Arthur's, even though Arthur's are smaller.

I hate cliffhangers too, but I can't help it, I'm no good at writing scripts.

I've never downloaded a game before, what am I suppose to open in the folder to play the game?

Extract the .zip you downloaded, then inside that folder should be 3 folders (common, game, renpy), an application named "dummy_project" and dlls, .py, .code and README files. Double-click the "dummy_project" application (if you're not sure you can right-click it and select Properties, it should appears as an .exe file) and the game should be running in a window.

If there are any more troubles please don't hesitate to ask. *Punches self for forgetting to write an instruction*
