Well, most people just use flexible square (http://community.livejournal.com/mintyapple/tag/style:%20flexible%20squares) or smooth sailing (http://community.livejournal.com/mintyapple/tag/style:%20smooth%20sailing) journal layouts from places like mintyapple and then substitute a USUK header in general (I find it easier to add a header on flexible square layouts; you can probably search for some headers here (http://community.livejournal.com/usxuk/tag/graphics:%20other) or here (http://community.livejournal.com/hetalia/tag/graphics:%20layouts)), but there are people who've made Hetalia layouts here (http://community.livejournal.com/hetalia/tag/graphics:%20layouts""). There might not be a USUK one available, unfortunately.
