I actually thought of writing a fic instead for the second prompt but rofldskjdsh I'm scared it'll turn out stupid and make no sense at all. SOOO I did it in 'doujin' format. But it still kind of doesn't make any sense, just England being tsuntsun about America not calling his human name and that hurt him. ;~;
