Character(s)/Pairing(s): America/England

Fanfiction: Let it Mean Something
Author: [livejournal.com profile] 9mm_meg
Characters/Pairings: USUK, a smidge of Canada
Rating: T
Part 4 Word Count: 949
Total Word Count: 3352
Warnings: character death, serious angst, short chapters
Summary: The vehicular manslaughter charge has been wiped from his record, but Alfred can't get over what he's done. His last-ditch effort at closure is an attempt to get to know the man he never meant to kill. (Kink meme de-anon)
Disclaimer: Hetalia isn't mine, blah blah

The picture now sits in a simple frame on his bedside table (it’s not creepy—give him a break, Mattie), and he’s grown accustomed to seeing it.

Title: Gravity and Cigarette Smoke
Genre: Romance with a side serving of angst, or maybe it's the other way around.
Pairing: UKUS (that order)
Rating: T for non-explicit sex
Summary: Two nations who used to rule the world wake up in a cell together. They share sex, a post-sex smoke, and a talk about how all things must fall. America is a tumor, England is a sap, and together they are a tumorous-sappy-love-mess. “You are there, wrapped around my organs so that my heart cannot beat blood, so that my lungs cannot breath air, without touching you.”

(England remembers France crowing about how fortunate the twins were to have escaped the clutches of that bitch Fate and received his perfectly groomed, thin, elegant French brows instead.)

Title: And Who Would Know Better Than I Do?
Word Count: 2,828
Rating: PG-13
Characters/Pairings: England, Ireland, some Wales; possibly onesided USUK, probably not onesided Scotland/Ireland. There's also implied Wales/Austria/Hungary (blame it on the RP I'm doing) and a blink-and-miss-it Prussia/Canada reference.
Summary: Ireland won't make a phone call to Washington D.C. if England doesn't call Edinburgh. This arrangement might not make them happy, but it keeps them safe, and safe is better than getting your heart broken. Again.
Author's Note: Fills the "blackmail" square on my [info]hc_bingo card, though my version of blackmail seems to be more responsible for comfort than hurt. Weird. Title taken from Xandria's "Like A Rose On The Grave Of Love", which seemed fitting.
Disclaimer: No, it's not mine. We'd have all of England's siblings in canon if it was, for one thing.

What's a little mutual blackmail between 'twins'?
