Title: Station Kids
Genre: romance; fluff; (not exactly mpreg)
Pairing(s): US/UK and various others
Rating/Warnings: PG (PG-13, if you count implications); sci-fi without research; rusty fanficcing

Recently, other people's posts have reminded me of ideas I've left unfinished. Thanks for inspiring me to finish, guys! ^o^
This is kind of an alternative to an mpreg fic. I could never completely get past the biological contraints, and Hetalia is a great opportunity to take advantage of different rules.

Title: A Square Mile
Genre: hurt/comfort, hope
Pairing(s): US/UK, if you squint, look at it sideways, but only on wednesdays.
Rating/Warnings: Triggery, this is 9/11-centric.
Summary: Because it was beautiful to live again, not just despite or through something.
Notes: I have done my research on this, and it should largely be right. I don't want to cite it though, and I don't think any of you much care to read the citation, so yeah. This is based on how the businesses in London's business district (The Square Mile) as well as businesses in many other countries, pretty much sucked the world trade data out of the towers, so that the global trading information could be back the very next day, and therefore economic repercussions would be limited. I'm a bit worried that because I didn't focus on the American side of the event, that I'm being a bit disrespectful, but... really, I think it's incredible. There were people in the towers who stayed to help the data get pulled out, because they understood how valuable it was. Aaaa... I feel nervous posting this. Very nervous. I want to apologize to anybody I might offend with this fic, and mumble something incoherent about how it's just... ahh.. anyways. Yeah. Not posting this on my ffic or anywhere 'cept here...
