Warnings: Language, death/undeath abound
Summary: AU. Dark.  1890 - New Orleans, Louisiana.  A new resident receives an unwholesome welcome to the Crescent City.
A/N: Yay, vampire comic!  Alright, I'll not say too much to make it more fun for you guys.  ^__^  One thing to know though is that America utilizes a really offensive stereotype about the Irish.  Back in the day, they were very heavily discriminated against and were often depicted as swarthy and apelike.  (And it's because of this discrimination the Irish immigrants did a lot to contribute to the emphasis of racism based on skin color, just to take the heat off them.  -__-).  This is also figuratively and literally dark.  I was playing around with the concept of making sunlight actually hard to look at.  ^^;  I'm wondering if it will work or not.  I also chose New Orleans as there's actually quite a bit of vampire folklore there.
