Enter Alfred F Jones, the new student soon-to-be vice. Oh, student council is never going to be the same again for Arthur... Would this new vice eventually make Arthur honest to himself? Wait, is that a Christmas ball coming up?
Notes: Well, nothing important. I took the 'America and England eating cotton candy' prompt, and since no preferences were listed, I decided to adopt this Gakuen AU again. The cotton candy scene is only a part of the story itself, but it's still there!
Also, cut into two parts, cause LJ hates me.
