A/N: ...My mind's on such crack that I couldn't help but think of these two as penguins while drawing this.  *facepalm*  Okay, well two things you need to know.  First, lovers used to take each other's lock of hair in the old days.  Second, this does involve a running joke with hair.  I'll also say I was incredibly miffed when I found out that America's national tree and England's national tree were both the oak.  I had to go and change the ending of this because of that.  *le sigh*  I mean, they share a language, a national flower, a national tree.  What's next, a bed?  XD
