But there was one problem with the android. Sure, it was high-tech, it was durable, it was intelligent. But it had no heart. Crestfallen, Alfred tries to make a 'heart' for Arthur. But what was the reason to Arthur's existence in the first place? Is it someone...similar? And will Alfred succeed in making Arthur a heart?

...I really don't know why I pick on Canada so much.  ^^;  (Maybe it's because I'm from Minnesota.  XD)

Summary: Canada hatches a revenge scheme
A/N: The title of this actually comes from a fantastic satirical movie about the U.S. declaring war on Canada.  It makes fun of both Canadians and Americans and it's pretty hilarious in my opinion.  ^__^  Buuut, it has almost nothing to do with the comic.  Almost nothing.  Just a smidgeon of similarity there.  Oh and TNC actually means Transnational Corporation aka Multinational Corporation.  Like Shell or IKEA or what have you.  To nationalize something means to take a private company and make it the property of the state.  Like what Cuba did.  Although Cuba was supposed to pay the parent companies back for taking over the facilities.  (Yay!  You get to learn a little International Relations today~!  XP)  Aaand, I do make fun of "History of Britain" a little, but I actually think it's a great documentary.  ^__^
