Title: Bring Me the Horizon [2/?]
Author: [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]
Pairing: America/England [main], Austria/Hungary, France/the world, Prussia/AWESOME, Portugal+England, Ireland/Canada, Belarus->Russia, Russia/America, Spain/Romano, more as the story progresses.
Rating: PG-13
Warning: None. Alternate Universe.
Summary: In a nation where magic is real and a powerful military advantage, Arthur Kirkland inadvertedly attracts the attention of a malevolent sorceress. Cursed, he seeks out the moving castle in the hills; only to discover its resident, the Wizard Alfred, is not exactly as legendary as the stories make him out to be.

Author Notes: Also known as Alfred's Moving Castle. ;D Loosely based on the book/movie of a similar name by Diana Wynne Jones and Hayao Miyazaki respectively. Personally I preferred the book, but I liked how Miyazaki added his own personal touch with elements of steampunk in a nation on the brink of war, so I hope to incorporate bits of both versions in this story.

Title: A Record of the Rare Occurrence Known as British Affection, 4/5
Author: [info]sakuratsukikage
Characters, Pairings: America, England, unsubtle hints of America/England
Rating: PG
Warnings: brief sexual themes, the Beatles--or their music, anyway (the choice of the song has no particular significance), brief language
Summary: Five fics on the theme of England expressing affection to America.  This fourth one takes place in 1964.  All of this is to fill a request for my dear friend [info]ottful .  I hope you like this one, too!  Crossposted to my personal journal and [info]hetalia .

He kind of thought something really . . . kooky was going on in there. )

Title: You Can't Take the Sky From Me [FF.NET LINK] [ Writing Journal Previous Chapters ]
Genre: Romance/Humor/Drama/Action+Adventure/Alternate Universe
Character(s) or Pairing(s): America/England, Germany/Italy, Poland/Lithuania, Spain/Romano, Prussia/Switzerland, Belarus--->Russia, other pairings in future chapters. Pretty much the entire cast will be appearing in this fic.
Rating: PG-13 for language
Summary: Ace Pilot America is on a mission for the World Military when a chance encounter with a group of Sky-Pirates leads him to team up with their captain, England, against a malevolent group that wants to fill the sky with zeppelins. [Steampunk AU]
Chapter Summary: “Remember what I told you about the danger the sky-pirates present to our plans, Lithuania?”

“Yes…”

“This boy could be just as dangerous, I think,” Russia continued. “He is a link between the pirates and the military, and it’s even more than that. He’s strong, idealistic, and he’s just been given a position of power that I really do not approve of. It is he who will be in charge of acting against us, it appears.”

( “And by the way, if you need any tips on long distance relationships..." )

Comments appreciated. Thanks! :)
