Established relationship, USxUK. I decided to write something for Hong Kong's birthday, but it turned into a really England-centric piece and a USxUK one. Still, Happy Birthday Hong Kong! Even if you're not the star of the story, it's still a lot about you. This story focuses on the Hong Kong Handover of 1997.
