On the Cannonness of Jackets...

So I was doing reserch on the "Special Relationship" the other day when I found this tiny article. While I agree with the point being made, that Obama's gift to Prime Minister Brown was kinda, um, un-sentimental? Even though I love you Obama XD I couldn't help but see the little line just above the "What's in the Box?" box, saying how Bush once gave Brown a Bomber jacket that sounds like it is the same America wears in Hetalia. 


I had a fangirl spaz and decided to post it here. Now all those pictures of England wearing America's jacket are as good as cannon to me. Most other Articles I found on the Special Relationship were actually rather depressing because they all talked about how it was falling appart or growing cold, but I'm sure UsXUk's love will prevail in the end!!! XD

Well I'm positive that their love will prevail!! :) and yup England wearing America's jacket has been canon to me. lol! I'm sure everything will be fine between our prince and princess. If only the prince wasn't so dense... xD

That bomber jacket comment made my day. Well, at least even Gordon Brown acknowledges the Special relationship is unbreakable, just like the countries. He described the partnership between the UK and the U.S. as 'unbreakable', declaring that 'no power on Earth can ever draw us apart'. And he assured the politicians: 'You now have the most pro-American European leadership in living memory.' Tell me I'm not the only one who imagines a cutesy scene between America and England involving that statement?
