No no, don't apologize! I don't think FrUK is hate sex, honestly. They've been shown to get along (sometimes) and it's canon that they at least respect each other (unlike Turkey and Greece), so I think it's different than Russia/America, Turkey/Greece, etc.

That probably sounds weird coming from me considering I like the FrUK rivalry too, but I don't know... I kind of see FrUK as a friendly rivalry where RusAme is a bitter rivalry? ... I'm probably not even making any sense OTL. Sorry. ;_;
