USUK Birthday Cake

Hello! It's my first time posting on this comm and I'm been following for almost a year >.<;;; And as a newb I dont know what to tag this as so I will choose "Crafts" xDD Anyway, Last Wednesday was my birthday and my friends surprised me with this Awesome cake!!! I literally passed out for a few seconds and started fangirling. I couldnt keep this to myself so I must share!!!

BTW can someone tell me who the artist of this fanart is? I feel bad that my friends stole a pic so I'm gonna buy a doujin from this artist to repay them xDDD
