I see..I remember very bits of them but yeah I think at some point in the anime Ukyo and Ryouga appeared together (I was a lot younger at that time)

It's a long manga XD. There's another manga-only character Konatsu who is a cross-dressing man. Instead of a ninja he lives as the female equivalent, a kunoichi. Ukyo saves him from his wicked, ugly step sisters and mother and he works in her restaurant with her by the end of the manga XD
