OMG, America looks all srzbznz in that first one. Like, "GTFO of our meeting so I can SAVE THE WORLD." And England for once looks like the one not paying very close attention. XD

But, yeah, being honest, Italy's portrayal in the second one pisses me off. Sooo, Italy wins by giving up?

Does this have anything to do with USUK?

don't you see america and england are right beside one in the first one? *shot*

the second one though... it's giving me second thoughts however america and england are in the same team

They're at the forefront next to each other in the first one, and they're playing on the same team in the second one. It's okay if other characters are in the scan. It can still be posted here. ^^
