Well, the official stance is that England and Japan are America's only two friends, so. (And then he writes England giving America chocolates for Valentine's and them being all tsuntsuntsundere towards each other... ^^;; ) But to be honest I don't think he would be interested in any more than general UST between them, or any other characters, to be honest. ^^;; (And I don't think he cares a lot about what people ship either.)
