Please help this noob!

It started out with a great fanart of US x UK and then it snowballed from there.  A two day marathon of watching (rewatching) Hetalia episodes.  Finding scanalations of the manga, doujinshi, webcomics and other related stuff.  Reading some great fanfiction.  BAM! I'm a fan of this pair and series!

The biggest question that I have is; When did Arthur's waiter outfit appear?  I've searched everywhere for the origin of this and all I found is a comic that had everyone naked for Christmas.  Please help me with this, I'm dying to know the story about it!

If there are more sites about the pair or series, feel free to tell me.  I have a feeling that I'm missing a lot of good work!

I think it was at 2007 April Fool's day... when France went and invadided many countries in Europe and made people strip and/or wear weird stuff... he made england wear an waiter outfit... and himaruya said it came fron an article in wich there were services like those in england

after that england also wore the same outfit for christmas party... and france wore the same outfit (outfit? was that?) from April Fool's day (you know the cat ears and rose)
